Century 21 Real Estate LLC has announced the launch of “C21 Communities”, its social media platform. The new Communities section of the Century 21 website includes the “Talks” forum, access to radio broadcasts on “C21 Talk Radio”, and links to Century 21’s Facebook, Twitter, YouTube and Flickr profiles.

realeflix.com Promotes Video Tours

Launched in February this year, realeflix.com is a website that showcases video tours of properties. The service differs from other video websites such as YouTube in that it focuses exclusively on property tours and allows users to search properties in various categories. The “I’m Interested!” button on each listing also generates leads for agents by linking to an online inquiry form.

Entries are judged on seven criteria: design, innovation, content, technology, interactivity, copy writing and ease of use.

Internet Ad Award Winners Announced

The winners of the 2009 Internet Advertising Competition awards in the US have been announced, with Century 21 Real Estate LLC taking home the Best Real Estate Online Ad award for “Mother in Law”.
Texas based advertising company DMN3 received two awards: Best Real Estate Email Message for their movie poster email promoting a San Antonio housing development, and Best Real Estate Integrated Ad Campaign for their “Redefine Ranch Living” Flash advertisements.
The Best Real Estate Rich Media Online Campaign award went to Flying Point Media for their online marketing campaign for Prudential Douglas Elliman. Steel Advertising & Interactive took home the Best Real Estate Websites award for their interactive Austin Board of Realtors 2007 Online Report.
There were also two Outstanding Websites awards, the first won by desme Inc. for amatacorp.com, and second given to LBi for the discoverkeoweesprings.com website.
