RE/MAX International has announced partnership with the National Association of Realtors online university to give RE/MAX members discounted access to various online designations and certifications.

Realtor University says it offers over 400 hours of content including webinars, videos, presentations and continuing education courses. RE/MAX states that its members will be able to sign up for several of these courses and receive a discount of five percent.

“Education, training and professional designations are critical for real estate agents in today’s market. We know it makes a difference for a homebuyer or seller,” said Tom Kramig, RE/MAX’s vice president of multimedia and education. “Consumers value the RE/MAX brand, the technology and the resources available through the network, but it’s the RE/MAX agents who outpace others in education and training, that help homebuyers and sellers navigate a complicated market.”

RE/MAX, which also runs its own online university, is clearly promoting education as the advantage its members can provide, claiming that “RE/MAX Associates have more advanced professional designations than agents from any other real estate network”.
