UK single property website service estatecreate.com wants to help agents with their search engine optimisation (SEO).
As we explained in our Top 10 Tips for SEO, the number of relevant inbound links to your website can have a big effect on where it’s placed in search engine rankings. estatecreate.com is now encouraging its users to focus on this, and suggests agents set up individual websites for each key road where they sell houses.
We first reported on UK-based single property website creation tool estatecreate.com when it launched in February last year. At the time, it was pitched as a challenge to agents in that it offered an alternative selling tool for home owners.
After launching, estatecreate.com decided to include an agent-focused option in its subscription offerings, allowing agents to create single property websites to promote their clients properties.
Since then, it seems agents have been clamouring for an option that doesn’t involve them creating the websites on their own.
Research by godaddy.com, a domain name registrar, has revealed a sharp increase in the number of domain names registered after street addresses.
estatecreate.com has announced a partnership with GMG Property Services (GMGPS) which allows agents using GMGPS software, such as Vebra, Core Systems and CFP, to create individual property websites for any of their properties.
estatecreate.com is relaunching and aims to help UK estate agents win more instructions with a new tool to create single property sites.
