Century 21 Real Estate LLC has announced a marketing partnership with realtor.com, the official website of the National Association of Realtors in the US.
The “Gold Standard Partnership” program is subsidised for Century 21 franchise owners. The enhanced listings on realtor.com will include features such as a photo gallery of up to 25 photos, reports on traffic to each listing and the option to include full-motion videos and virtual tours.
The partnership follows Century 21’s recent transition from television to online advertising.
realtor.com ranked top of the Hitwise list of US real estate websites for March 2009, a position it has held for many months.
