ShowingSuite Offers Showing Calendar to MLSs

ShowingSuite, a US based company focused on automating tasks for real estate offices and agents, is offering a free showing calendar tool to Multiple Listing Services signed up for one of its suites.

ShowingSuite offers services such as HomeFeedback, which allows agents and buyers to give opinions on a property after a showing, and Home Followup, an email marketing system. The free showing calendar system offered to MLSs allows users to:

  • Preset dates and times for a listing’s availability; sellers can block out times to avoid scheduling conflicts.
  • Schedule, confirm, map and print multiple showings.
  • Track how much activity each listing is getting.

ShowingSuite explains that consumers and agents can also click on the “Schedule a Showing” link from either MLS or listing websites, fill out a form, and then have the listing agent confirm a showing appointment via email.

ShowingSuite CEO Rick Bengson had this to say about their calendar product:

“With the economy struggling, MLSs are looking to provide more productivity tools for their users at no additional cost. We currently work with agents, teams and offices in 177 markets across the US and Canada. This is the natural progression of our business model.

We want to provide the most advanced solutions in the entire industry and we believe that offering this to MLSs at no charge will accomplish this. As hard as it is to believe, many MLSs are paying thousands of dollars per month for similar services with fewer features.”
