New WordPress Themes for Agents

WordPress theme creators StudioPress and real estate technology website My Tech Opinion have been hard at work creating a new set of themes focused on real estate agents using WordPress.

The appropriately named AgentPress themes were officially launched last week, promising full optmisation for “the highest search engine results”.

The themes, which cost US$59.95 for a blog layout and $99.95 for an enhanced layout, include features such as colour schemes, custom property templates and the option to include widgets, and have been developed for localisation.

My Tech Opinion quotes Google spokesperson Matt Cutts to back up their claim that WordPress is the best blogging platform in terms of search engine optimisation. Cutts reportedly said WordPress solves 80 to 90 percent of the mechanics behind SEO, making websites easily accessible to search engines.

There are more than a few options out there for agents running a WordPress website, including ListingPress for better listing displays, and a host of options from US real estate marketplace zillow.com.
