The Monmouth County Association of Realtors (MCAR) has partnered with Point2 Technologies to provide a free program that will distribute listings to a network of nearly 40 websites and search engines along with over 260 newspaper websites.

MCAR says the program includes over 930 offices and 9,500 members of the Monmouth/Ocean Multiple Listings Service (MOMLS), giving them access to online traffic reports along with a single point of data entry for listings.

Members of the new program can also upgrade to a paid service that provides them with advanced traffic reporting and lead conversion software.

Point2 states it has over 200,000 members and describes itself as “the largest real estate listing syndication network in the industry”. The website says it has over 35 syndication partners and displays listings in over 300 locations such as eBay, oodle.com and nytimes.com.

Point2 entered into a similar partnership with realestatebook.com in late June this year.
