We first heard of today’s website spotlight contender through 1000 Watt Consulting’s Brian Boero, who singled it out as a great example of how photos can enhance a real estate website. We were so impressed with pacunion.com that we decided to highlight it here as well.
Along with using excellent photography to its advantage, here are a few other things pacunion.com gets right:
- Each call to action on the website is clearly labelled and tells you exactly what you can expect when you click.
- Home hunters can get access to timely information from the homepage in the “open this week” section, and easily click through to the website’s Twitter, Facebook and blog.
- Along with the option to register for an e-newsletter, visitors can also get a value estimate for their home without giving up any of their details on a number of pages on the website.
As we’ve seen with many of our other website spotlights, pacunion.com also has an extensive neighbourhood guides section, along with the latest on market conditions. All this combines to create a comprehensive local real estate resource.
