  • Australian real estate web developer Agentpoint has launched a new set of Facebook applications that it says will enable agencies to promote their brand, property listings and agent profiles through their Facebook business page. Agentpoint explains that the applications will automate the process of managing Facebook business pages.
  • Electronic signature service DocuSign, which counts the US National Association of Realtors among its customers, has just closed what it says is its strongest year to date. The company now has over 78,000 paying customers.
  • roost.com, the former US real estate search engine turned social media service, is offering a sneak peak of its newest version to a limited number of users. roost.com says the new version will offer suggested content and allow users to create social media campaigns easily.
  • US real estate portal homes.com has added to its mobile offerings by releasing an app for Windows 7. The number seven website says this complements its mobile website and apps for the iPhone, Blackberry and Android.
  • Coester Appraisal Group, a US-based appraisal management company, is planning to take its service to smartphones. The company says the free app, currently in beta testing, will work with multiple operating systems.
  • US property information and analytics company CoreLogic has introduced a new local market condition report that combines MLS data with data from the CoreLogic public record database. The company recently announced an agreement to acquire RP Data, a leading provider of residential and commercial property information throughout Australia and New Zealand.
