New Index Tracks Real Estate Tech

US-based interactive marketing, communications and design agency 1000Watt Consulting has teamed up with propertyadguru.com publisher Classified Ad Ventures to launch a new joint initiative: the Global Real Estate Index.

The Global Real Estate Index began as the 1000Watt Index in January this year, and has now been expanded to offer a comprehensive guide to real estate technology service providers for real estate professionals.

The Index currently covers three regions: the US and Canada, Europe, and Asia Pacific. It includes information on categories such as property portals, CRM, lead generation, data, mapping, document management, video, virtual tours, social media, local data and mobile apps.

Businesses are invited to visit the Index and submit their company for inclusion, and more markets will be added over the coming year. “We’re looking forward to receiving contributions and seeing the Index grow into a valuable resource,” says Simon Baker, Classified Ad Ventures CEO.

“Real estate might be local, but globally, there are many people who are envisioning a better industry,” says the 1000Watt team. “They present their vision through their products and services that any of you can be inspired by, learn from and use. This is why we created this directory and why we are dedicated to continuing to grow this resource.”
