Not to be outdone by the many property portals releasing iPhone Apps, Walk Score have released one of their own.
Walk Score promotes the car free lifestyle by providing a personalised walkability rating for any address. The new app means that now you can use it on the go to:
- Get the Walk Score of any location
- Map of nearby amenities with walking directions
- No more typing addresses! (use GPS instead)
- Reviews and ratings of amenities
Consumers and agents can use the app to find the Walk Score of any house or the most walkable parts of a neighborhood.
The app is now available for free in Apple’s App Store.
Walk Score has existing partnerships with Zillow.com, ZipRealty.com, Postlets.com, REcolorado.com, ColoProperty.com, and others, who now show Walk Score on all their listings using Walk Score Real Estate Services.
