GIS data provider Maponics has announced the release of Maponics Neighbourhood Boundaries, which contains more than 150,000 neighbourhoods worldwide. This follows on from last month’s launch of Maponics Subdivision Boundaries, and Maponics says its combined databases of neighbourhoods and real estate subdivisions have now grown to more than 300,000. Maponics has previously said it plans to map over 50,000 subdivisions across the US by the end of the year.

coldwellbanker.com has revamped its real estate search section and now presents its search options and tools on one location. The company says this is a response to the 38 percent of visitors who are viewing the site from mobiles, as well as using search functions such as keyword, lifestyle, affordability and the coldwellbanker.com BlueScape search.

US real estate technology company zipLogix has acquired real estate forms company Realfast, Inc for an undisclosed sum. zipLogix will now move Realfast’s customers over to its zipForm program - the official forms software of the National Association of Realtors.

Nestio, a tool that helps users organise and track listings during their property search, has released new tools including the ability to group favourite listings, add labels to listings, and edit account settings. Nestio raised US$750,000 in seed funding in July, and says it plans to expand its map and neighbourhood data beyond New York City soon.
