Highlight Your Online Reviews with Faceified

When it comes to online reviews, finding out what past clients have written is only half the battle for real estate agents. The next issue is making sure future clients see your positive reviews.

Adding client testimonials on your website is one way to do this, but what about when potential clients haven’t made it to your website yet? That’s where Faceified steps in.

In a nutshell
What Faceified does is bring together online reviews from sources such as Yelp, LinkedIn, and Google Places, and allows you to highlight these reviews on classifieds sites that accept HTML, like Craigslist, as well as your own website, blog, and even emails. You can also use Faceified to request reviews from past customers, and check these reviews before they become visible to others.

Positives
Along with those basic functions, Faceified also offers a range of other tools, including daily and historical listings performance metrics that you can view on an overall or per-listing basis in real-time. On top of all that, it doesn’t cost anything to sign up for your Faceified account.

Drawbacks
As with all online review tools, the main drawback to Faceified is that it relies on you having positive reviews to showcase in the first place. Also, while the service can be used by real estate agents outside the US, some of its review sources, such as zillow.com, are US-centric.

    Great post Alice.

I just wanted to briefly point out that folks that don’t already have reviews around the web can use Faceified to request reviews from their past/recent clients and customers. All people need to do to use Faceified to request new reviews is to create and account, click on “Get Reviews,” and click on “Request Review.” It’s as easy as sending an email.

Also, folks can import reviews from any website around the web. Lots of people use Faceified to import reviews from less US-centric sites and even from the testimonials section of their own website.
