UK based software company and portal Vebra is launching new property software that agents can use to access their data from anywhere.
The “VebraLive” software allows agents to access data from their desktop computer, internet browser or mobile PDA/Smartphone. Vebra is launching the software at a number of roadshows across the UK from late April to early May 2009.
A statement from the company explains the new product: “VebraLive has been carefully developed to address the needs of a modern day estate agent. It will give you access to your data from the office, at home, when out on a viewing or when visiting a prospective client.”
Features include a company-wide diary, the ability to monitor staff activity, print ready advertising templates and an option for vendors to log in and check activity on their property.
The Vebra company includes the software and marketing arm vebra.info as well as the property portal, vebra.com. It is owned by GMG Property Services, a division within Guardian Media Group. GMG also own thinkproperty.com and coresystems.co.uk.
