Rezora Email Service Takes Off

Real estate email service Rezora has been getting attention from all the right places over the past few months. A new deal with Coldwell Banker, along with support from a startup funding company, could mean it’s more than just another way to send emails.

Rezora describes itself as “an online environment for real estate agents that helps deepen their client relationships by enabling secure, low-cost communication with their contact database through high-impact, visually appealing emails in place of traditional postcard mailings.”

Through an online interface, Rezora lets agents view information on which properties their clients are viewing, track client responses to the marketing material they send out, and evaluate other aspects of their marketing performance. The service also allows agents to create electronic newsletters and postcards containing MLS listings and other content through a template.

techcrunch.com reports that startup funding company TechStars has just promoted Rezora to a group of venture capital and angel investors. Rezora is one of ten companies TechStars is providing with US$18,000 along with free office space, operational support and mentoring.

Rezora are also celebrating their newly created partnership with Coldwell Banker that will see Rezora’s services provided to over 1,000 Coldwell Banker agents in the Denver Front Range market.

Chris Mygatt, President of Coldwell Banker/NRT Denver, explained why Rezora was chosen:

“Clearly, we are faced with a challenging marketplace compounded by the decreasing effectiveness of traditional media. For months, we have conducted due diligence on e-marketing solutions.

While originally attracted to more generic e-mail platforms, we feel that Rezora, with its specific feature set for real estate, will enable our brokerage and its agents to raise the bar in communicating with and understanding the preferences of our clients.”

Currently, Rezora are offering a free 60 day trial, after which the cost of the service is US$34.95 per month.
