Controversial UK estate agent Julian Bending, of The Real Ralph Bending agency, has been accepted by pay-per-lead portal propertyindex.com after being banned from UK market leader rightmove.co.uk.
Bending’s listings were banned from rightmove.co.uk, and from a number of local newspapers, due to his brutally honest property descriptions, which have amused some and turned others off.
propertyindex.com chief executive Lee Bramzell told estateagenttoday.co.uk: “Rightmove are taking these descriptions a bit too seriously. We are happy to welcome Real Ralph Bending to PropertyIndex.”
Bending, who was also banned from primelocation.com, is quoted on estateagenttoday.co.uk as saying: “Everybody hates an estate agent: the horrible suit, the nasty jargon. If you introduce a note of humour, people seem to like that. They trust us. And trust is the holy grail.”
