US based Listingbook, an MLS-wide online service that connects agents and their clients through an integrated platform of client management, sales productivity and direct marketing tools, has annouced it has over 100,000 agents as subscribers to its service.
This rapid growth represents an increase of 187 percent on last year’s numbers. Michael Ondrejko, senior vice president of Operations was quoted on RISmedia as saying:
“Our continued rapid growth is directly related to the superior marketing tools, MLS data, and productivity services that agents use to service their clients. Listingbook is more than just a property search site for consumers, it lets agents empower them in today’s need to know, want-it-now environment.”
Listingbook works to simplify client agent relationships by conducting instant property searches, obtaining personalised service from agents and communicating instantly with agents for buyers. For sellers it compares area sales in their neighborhoods, obtains showing feedback from their agents, and receives monthly summaries from agents. And for Agents its aims to automate the busy work, tracks buyer and seller activities and enhance agent value to buyers and sellers. It also tracks showings and listing activities, boosts agent productivity for real estate companies.
Todd John, COO, said:
“Agents and consumers in increasing numbers are finding that our product is different, both in the real estate data quality and the way our community is protected. Listingbook’s advanced, powerful approach to real estate is making it easier than ever for agents to provide valuable and accurate real estate information in a timely way to their customers through a protected community on the Internet. The increase in Listingbook users is being fueled by word of mouth- agents, buyers and sellers are having good Listingbook experiences and telling other people about it.”
ListingBook complements any local MLS system and allows secure access to MLS data only when an agent provides a client account for a buyer or seller. The agent is then able to supply reliable, personalised, current market information, and interact with buyers and sellers while guiding and monitoring their activity.
listingbook.com jumped from 25th position in August to 19th place in the September Hitwise rankings.
