realup.com, a US commercial real estate listing website that offers free property listings as well as free memberships and recent sales data, has partnered with propertyblast.com to provide enhanced email marketing to its members.
Through the new partnership, realup.com members will be able to purchase email “blasts” and to automatically email property listings to both the realup.com and propertyblast.com networks. propertyblast.com’s real estate email flyers cost US$59 per state and $159 for nationwide emails, and the website says it has access over 90,000 active commercial brokers.
Along with access to propertyblast.com’s flyers, realup.com is introducing another paid service through which members will be able to purchase location based property advertisements.
realup.com also recently partnered with commercial listings database CommercialDex, offering free accounts to CommercialDex members and including all CommericalDex listings on realup.com.
