estatecreate.com is a relatively new UK property website that launched in February this year. It originally aimed to make it easier for sellers to advertise and list their properties online. Now it’s relaunching and aims to help estate agents win more instructions with a new tool to create single property sites.
The single property websites can have their own personal domain name (e.g. www.ChurchStreetWC1.com)
and carry the estate agent’s branding. While the practice is fairly common in some other markets, estatecreate.com claim to be the first company to offer this service to estate agents in the UK.
“For as little as £2 per month per site estate agents can offer their clients their own stand alone website with a bespoke URL” said Henry Yates, founder and CEO of estatecreate.com.
“It’s a great way to differentiate your service and win an instruction by showcasing your client’s property. estatecreate single property sites are the 21st Century’s answer to property brochures.”
UK estate agency Greene and Co, are one of estatecreate’s launch clients. In a press release about the relaunch, Jacqui Daley, Marketing Director at Greene and Co said: “Our sales team love estatecreate as it gives them a great product to offer clients. It helps them win instructions. We are also excited about using estatecreate for New Developments as it will make it easy to create a website that showcases the development and the detail of each unit”.
Agent with no technical skills need not panic either - the site is designed for people without any technical skills. estatecreate builds agents their own template and provides a feed to automatically upload properties. The agent can then easily move text, photos and video, add pages and drag and drop content around each page.
