PropertyMinder Text-to-Speech Technology

August 13, 2009 by Emma Sorensen

Supplier of websites to real estate agents, PropertyMinder, has gone beyond flat text content and implemented a Text-to-Speech (TTS) Technology, which can play unlimited text and dynamically generated content, to its AccelerAgentTM Websites.

The company says that text-to-speech is a process through which text is rendered as digital audio and then “spoken”.

Agents using the product can select the voice that their visitors hear when they land on the site, with several male and female voices available to choose from. Those using the websites can also play audio that is not pre-recorded.

Aric Kazarnovsky, Executive Vice President of PropertyMinder, Inc, said in a statement posted on RISmedia:

“With Web 2.0, the audio helps communicate the agent’s value to his or her target audience. While competing websites only play pre-recorded audio messages, PropertyMinder’s super reliable AccelerAgentTM Websites can now play unlimited content, read listing descriptions, talk about you and your value proposition, make special offers, talk about neighborhood attractions and more.”

The company believes that “speaking” AccelerAgentTM Websites can increase the number of captured buyers by making each guest’s experience more interactive.
