Free Q&A API For Agents

If you’d like to enhance your website with a Q&A functionality but think it’s too hard then think again.
RealtyBaron have released a free Q&A API that enables real estate websites to quickly add a white-label Question & Answer service. So now you can be just like the big guys - the functionality is similar to Trulia Voices or Zillow’s Home Q&A - but there’s minimal integration effort and zero administration.
The service was released in Beta last week, and the company argue it doesn’t just give agents and brokers a free tool for their website. It also provides potentially thousands of new pages full of free, relevant content for search engines to index on your website and a new source of revenue from advertising embedded in answers. Ad impression, click tracking, and payment collection is handled by RealtyBaron.

Marc Dugger of RealtyBaron told propertyadguru.com “the API only services the United States at this point, but could easily be fitted for international portals with the addition of location data.”
RealtyBaron is an auction-based online marketplace for real estate services in the United States and is the creator of AgentRank, a patent-pending technology that the company says is revolutionising Realtor selection for the consumer.
